Beach landscape waves

About us

When pieces of glass enter the ocean, over many years they get knocked back and forth, thrown around, and smashed by wave after wave. Over time, this sea glass gets smoothed and shaped bit by bit, until one day it turns up on a beach as a colourful gem for someone to find. Just like sea glass, people are shaped by their stories. Everything we have been through has flow on effects through our lives. Sometimes, it means we come out the other side even more beautiful than when we started. Other times, it means we have some healing to do before we can become the best version our self.

At Seaglass Psychology, we honour the stories of every person we work with, recognising that our journeys are as unique as each piece of glass in the sea.
